Return Policy
At La Josefina USA, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a fair and transparent return policy. Below, we outline our return conditions:
• Exchanges on all products: All our products are eligible for exchange. However, earrings can only be exchanged if the packaging is unopened for hygiene reasons.
• Timeframe for making exchanges: You have to 10 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for your product.
• Shipping costs responsibility: Shipping costs for returns are customer's responsibility.
• Product conditions for exchanges: We will only accept exchanges for products that are in same condition as they delivered, including their original packaging. We don't accept exchanges for used products.
• Exchanges for discounted purchases: If you receive a gift and want to exchange it we will consider the original price of the product to make the exchange.
• Shipping cost for defective products: If the exchange is due to a product defect, La Josefina USA will cover the shipping cost for return.
Please note that replacements are only valid if the product is defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please send us an email at changes@lajosefinausa.com
Exchange & Refund Policy
Our refunds policy lasts for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it with it’s original packaging.
